Rywka vel. Regina Judt / Judtowa

She lived at 42 Leszno St. in Warsaw. She was in contact with Germans, she was walking without the jewish armband (information from September 1941). She cooperated with Gestapo. She might have had some connection with the concession for the Eldorado theatre; one of her sons took part in the underground movement; later it turned out that she was not a collaborator of the Gestapo, but she had other connections with the authorities - the military commander of Warsaw was her acquaintance from the times of the First World War - a great friendship - thanks to him she got various licenses; she got a license for a Jewish Theatre - TNA. In February or at the beginning of March 42 the Secretariat of the Jewish Council sent the Health Department a copy of a letter sent to Regina saying "by order of the authorities, you are strictly forbidden to visit the Departments of the Jewish Council or its agencies, such as the Supply Department, etc. At the same time, you are forbidden to personally address the members of the District Board and the officials of the Council". She established a dance school in the "Melody Palace"; she received cabaret concessions; she maintained close contacts with the Germans; on 15 February 1942 Czerniakow forbids her to enter the offices and takes away her concessions; on 3 June 1942 he "decides to order her to be arrested"; on 6 June 1942 - she ran away, pretending to have a temperature of 39.6°. As a Co-owner of "Melody Palace", she was in close contact with the Germans; she was a mistress of a German officer, allegedly she had a son with him; she had concessions for theatres, a bakery, she was a macher in the institutions of the Commune; her meanness and nerve knew no bounds; she was a blackmailer, an embezzler, a combiner. She died on 29 May 1942.
